  Excessive CO₂ emission is one of the main causes of greenhouse effect. How to realize its efficient capture and reuse is an important topic.
  Supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the project measured the physical and chemical properties of polyol-ethylenediamine system, such as density, viscosity, gas-liquid equilibrium of CO₂ absorption, and determined the optimal solution composition and process parameters of CO₂ absorption. When the absorption temperature is 20 ~ 70℃ and the regeneration temperature is 95 ~ 110℃, high-purity CO₂ can be obtained and the continuous operation is stable. Compared with the existing carbon capture technologies, the amine loss can be reduced by 80%. The mechanism and law of carbon capture were proved. A kind of white CO₂SM solid was prepared at kilogram level for the first time; When used as chemical fertilizer to activate the growth of plants (tomato, cucumber, eggplant and green pepper), it is (111-208)% stronger than NH₄HCO₃. At the same time, as a new raw material and regulator for the preparation of nano CaCO₃, CO₂SM can be recycled.
  The research results of the project have published 40 SCI indexed papers in well-known journals at home and abroad, including 7 top papers (2 in zone I and 5 in zone II), which provides an important reference for the development of efficient CO₂ capture and chemical conversion and utilization technology.
